In constant pursuit of finding things that spark joy. Be it in semantics, design, art, philosophy, psychology, AI, tech, neuroscience, crafts and textile, cyberpunk, horror, geeky nerd stuff, or
things that just makes sense.
I've spent nearly a decade embedded in Singapore's insurance industry—not because I dreamed of actuarial tables as a kid, but because I discovered that insurance is actually about human anxiety, trust, and planning for futures we can't see. That complexity is my playground.
At Prudential, I've shipped platforms handling millions in premiums, cut 8-month launches down to 2, and built design frameworks where there were none.
The work I'm most proud of? Making complex systems feel human~

What Drives My Design
I’ve lived across continents, which shapes how I design for localization, nuance, and real human context.
Humanizing Complexity
I design for complex organizations where products, people, processes, and governance all need to work together
I lead with scale in mind — but never lose sight of the people building, using, and depending on the system
I design the connective tissue between business rules, channels, teams, and users — so complex systems feel simple.

QUIRKS

My obsession with neuroplasticity research helps me design interfaces that rewire user behaviors through habit loops.

Lucid dreaming taught me to see multiple realities at once—essential for mapping edge cases in complex systems.

J.R.R. Tolkien's world-building obsession mirrors my approach: every product ecosystem needs its own consistent internal logic.

I paint abstract neuroses, practicing the same translation work I do in design: making the invisible tangible.
